I still love Industrial Psychology (people and their work), specifically the practical side of it. I find pleasure and excitement in working with people in the following 3 topics or areas. Career guidance and its four sub-fields, namely, subject choices for learners, study choices, career choices and career changes for adults. Training to assist either an individual, groups or organisations to perform according to their potential or talents. These topics can be managerial or skills training. Property management to ensure good relations between owners and tenants.
