Maintained HFC plant. Responsibilities included diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hybrid fiber coax plant that provides all Comcast services.
Preventatively maintain nodes and all active and passive equipment associated with that node. Use multiple troubleshooting tools to keep service operating at desired levels. Troubleshoot fiber optics and coaxial cable as necessary.
Prepped, terminated, polished, inspected and fusion spliced various fiber optic connectors on lasers and receivers as needed according to customer orders.
