Today, we revealed a brand that reflects what we have already built. Redion is not a new beginning. It is a recognition — of a platform that has been quietly taking shape for years: truly integrated, operating across 190+ countries, serving millions of customers, with 12,000 people and €5.8 billion in annual business volume. As Group CEO, I lead an organisation that brings together two complementary bodies of expertise. Europ Assistance, the company that invented the global assistance industry over 60 years ago. And Generali Employee Benefits, now the world’s undisputed #1 in employee benefits following the acquisition of the Swiss Life Network. My conviction is straightforward: the employee who accesses their benefits on a Monday morning is the same person who calls for help when their flight is cancelled on a Friday night. They are not two customers. They are one person, with consistent expectations. Redion is the platform built to serve that person, across every moment that matters. One brand. One data strategy. One elevated standard across technology, AI and operations. And behind the technology, tens of thousands of doctors, nurses, roadside technicians and local experts who show up in person when it matters most. Digital-first. AI and Data Driven. Human always. I joined Generali in 2014 with a clear ambition: build an organisation that moves at the speed of the world around it. That ambition hasn’t changed. The platform we’ve built to pursue it is something I’m genuinely proud of. Today, it finally has the name it deserves. Excellence and ease. That’s what we’re building. That’s what Redion is here to do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prior to joining Europ Assistance in 2014, I served in key leadership roles within the AXA Group for over 20 years, most recently as COO and Head of P&C of AXA in Belgium, Chairman and CEO of AXA Assistance France. I earned an Executive MBA from the ESSEC business school in Paris and an Actuarial and Statistical Diploma from the University of Paris VI.
