Antoine Moussa is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Al-Hani Construction & Trading Company in Saudi Arabia, where he leads the strategic transformation and expansion of a historic construction brand in alignment with Vision 2030. With over 20 years of experience in engineering and construction, Antoine brings a proven track record in delivering high-end, complex projects across the Kingdom, the GCC, and internationally. Prior to his current role, Antoine held senior executive positions at Al Bawani Group, where he served as Vice President – Strategic Projects. He led the design and execution of fast-track, royal, and VIP design-build developments, including mission-critical programs under Vision 2030. Earlier, he spent nine years at Saudi Oger, advancing from Project Manager to Vice President, delivering iconic megaprojects exceeding USD 2 billion—including the Ritz-Carlton Riyadh and Princess Noura University. Antoine’s leadership has been instrumental in forming strategic joint ventures, securing long-term industrial partnerships (such as a 22-year exclusivity with Hoffmann Green Cement), and developing high-performance organizations grounded in operational excellence. He is known for structuring high-performing project delivery models, driving value engineering, and aligning multidisciplinary teams under ambitious timelines. He holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, a certificate in Climate & Business from HEC, and has completed advanced studies in energy strategy from ESMT Berlin. He is a registered Architect DPLG from ENSA Paris-La Villette and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Aleppo.
