- Leading the Sourcing, Logistics, Products strategy and Marketing for a group of companies specialised in Sportswear and garments Distribution. Development of a business from a 10ppl family offie to a 50+ people company with international presence and global brand recognition in its field. - Sourcing and distribution development: International development of the group activities and set up of key logistics hubs and offices (Asia & Europe: France, Benelux, Spain, Italy, Hong Kong and the Philippines) handling several 10ths of suppliers in an international set up. Set up of sourcing routes and timeframes, products, suppliers and service providers standards, quality standards and control processes. - Development and structuration of the groupโs online presence: creation of a full online presence: B2B website, e-commerce, Social medias (FB, IG, LinkedIn...etc).
