Launched in 2012, Lazada has grown rapidly to include over 3,000 employees in the region, with operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, and a sourcing center in Hong Kong that drives cross-border marketplace activities. # Regional Marketplace Manager | Business Intelligence and Analytics Lead (from May ‘15 to Jan '16) • Marketplace Analytics Lead: building and communicating detailed reports to monitor entire sales funnel and to assess country performance (lead generation, sellers live and new sellers acquisition, revenue, team performance) • Assortment Growth Project: leading, developing and managing tools/processes to monitor assortment growth vs. competition and identify needs across ventures at category, price point, brand and seller level.
