• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and patients against any property damage, theft, injuries or assaults. • Monitored the metal detectors at the entry of the emergency department. • Managed combative patients, weighing more than 100 lbs., required pushing, pulling and lifting equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 lbs., approximately 30% of the time. • Completed any paperwork needed on shift to stay current in all required monitoring.
