– Implementation of private asset-based finance transactions (SMEs, invoice and consumer receivables): management of the whole investment process from origination to execution – Drafting of fund policies, scoring methodology and investment guidelines – Definition and implementation of a new deal monitoring and portfolio surveillance platform
– Set-up and management of a team of three professionals – Negotiation and execution of portfolio transfers and warehouses relating to the originate to distribute business (including a €600mn Italian portfolio sale and a €150mn German and French portfolio warehouse): portfolio pricing and analysis, negotiation with external parties (investors, banks and rating agencies), due diligence process, coordination with internal stakeholders and internal project monitoring – Implementation of deal management tools, process definition and tech project oversight
