You’re probably wondering how I got here? Can you imagine One Direction and their very first album paving the way for the Anthony I’ve become today? During the height of the One direction pandemonium, little Anthony, prepubescent and skinny, started a twitter account to highlight the band’s key moments and world tours. He quickly gained a large and dominant following (50,000) in such a short time that Sony Music contacted him to assist with promotion, competitions and ticketing. Did they know that Anthony was 16? Did they need to? No. I had mastered the art of editing, posting with consistency, gaining hype and traction, engaging with my audience, blogging, writing creatively but most of all enjoying what I was doing at such a young age. This is what led me to study business and marketing. Who wouldn’t love to work with well known brands, promote and build on client engagements and be creative? I’ve always loved branding. Further, I’ve always been good with technology and have adapted well to the 24 hour news cycle era we live in today. A brand has to constantly reinvent itself all the time to keep up with the demands of the 21st century client. Take for example, the House of Louis Vuitton, who would have thought twenty years ago, that today the head of LV would be a streetwear designer named Virgil Abloh (RIP)? But it works! He understands today’s client and the brand has adapted. I'm a determined, highly motivated business (marketing) professional who is passionate about the marketing industry and seeks out new challenges.
