For more than 27 years I've designed, deployed, and managed enterprise technology solutions for Fortune 100 companies, owning the architecture behind large-scale, multinational environments (20K+ servers) and serving as the technical bridge between engineering and the business. Today I'm the Focal Architect for Collins Aerospace (RTX), the lead architect accountable for the account's most complex infrastructure decisions and the escalation point when global environments get hard. My work centers on infrastructure modernization, hybrid cloud, and enterprise transformation, and I'm often the person translating a nuanced business need into a solution engineering can build and operate at scale. I've worked across energy, manufacturing, pharma, financial services, and technology, which has taught me to read both client needs and industry demands quickly and to design for shifting trends, emerging technology, and regulatory change so customers can keep operating and scaling. I bring deep, specialized expertise in VMware (VMware Cloud Foundation, virtualization, cloud, and disaster recovery), including for Tier One and business-critical applications. Multilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian with dual U.S. and Italian citizenship, I'm equipped to support global operations directly, including onsite leadership. As Senior Lead, Infrastructure / Cloud Architecture, I serve as a focal architect guiding large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives for global enterprise customers. I lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud architectures, infrastructure modernization strategies, secure data platforms, and legacy-to-modern migration programs across complex, multi-region environments. My responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture, driving technical decision-making, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, network, storage, and security teams, and acting as a trusted advisor to customer and internal leadership. I function as an escalation architect for high-impact initiatives, resolving architectural challenges, improving standards, and maintaining delivery quality across multiple concurrent programs. I routinely translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions, including VMware Cloud Foundation, IBM Power Systems, storage/DR architectures, and Zero Trust–aligned designs. I provide architectural governance, mentor technical teams, and help shape long-term roadmaps that enable operational efficiency, resiliency, and secure modernization for regulated global enterprises.
Led client engagements and solution architecture for NextLabs' Zero Trust Data Centric Security Suite, a SaaS platform designed to meet high-security standards for data protection and compliance. Responsible for aligning security solutions with client requirements, ensuring FedRAMP and other regulatory compliance, and driving implementation success for government and defense customers with stringent security needs. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, optimize data security strategies, and maintain robust customer satisfaction.
In this Senior director-level equivalent role, I lead the design, documentation, and deployment of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions and updates, including creating feature enhancements to enable scalability. I oversee validation testing for large-scale projects with 15K+ systems in an Agile environment. I also engage with internal teams such as Engineering and Product to create consistent standards and analyze client insights and requirements to ensure customer success. Highlights: • Named Lead Escalation Architect for the VCF Strategic Accounts Program, supporting our largest and most complex customer account (in the financial services sector). • Created a custom runbook for our client to navigate the complex migration of VCF across more than 15K (both HP and IBM) servers in heterogeneous clusters.
Specializing in designing solutions that solve customers problems and bring real results. Extensive experience automating deployment with VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware Validated Design’s. Recently directly responsible for the buildout of one of our largest customer’s four data centers spanning US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Successfully designed, implemented and supported many large scale and complex solutions, resolving demanding challenges and personally built multiple data centers from the ground up utilizing a broad range of technologies spanning multiple regions globally and across all verticals.
Designed, sought budget approval, and implemented the Global PS Labs Initiative for all PSO (Professional Services Organizations). Worked as a technical lead within PSO for VMware Cloud Foundation. Created Enablement programs enabling field architects and senior consultants on VMware Cloud Foundation. Continued to partially support customer engagements in a lead capacity providing oversight and support to other field teams.

Working in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity in addition to assisting in internal development of business processes, service delivery offering and standard operating procedures for the vSolutions team. Also worked with account executives presenting solutions to clients while developing business opportunities as well as working in a billable capacity as an Architect designing solutions and supporting them and other team members as an escalation point on VMware and related infrastructure technologies. Lead international teams in developing highly technical course content around virtualization of Business critical applications. Worked within highly specialized team providing thought leadership across all verticals on virtualization and cloud as well as to industry at large via published papers, presentations, and social media (IE twitter and blogs). Lead teams of technical implementation engineers and consultants on large scale virtualization deployments. Designed critical infrastructure with a good working knowledge of entire stack. Interfaced with client’s executive leadership and technical architects of several fortune 500 companies to determine and meet business requirements.

Established MSSA (Master Services Subcontract Agreement) with VMware launching ProSys as a partner in the implementation of VMware products for VMware customers.
