The Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) is a small team dedicated to Agile Transformation and implementing the SAFe Lean-Agile way of working within AFKL (Rotating membership of max. 1 year). Amongst others I've been working on setting up an Ecosystem of Agile Communities.
