Als pragmaticus en liefhebber van een hands-on mentaliteit heb ik me in de afgelopen jaren vooral gericht op programma's en projecten die echt een uitdaging vormden, ik ga liever links als alle andere al rechts zijn gegaan. Alle succes begint in mijn beleving altijd bij een idee waarna je processen ontwerpt en ze daarna in een organisatie inricht en/of verbetert. Voor mij staat efficienty en volledigheid voor de inrichting altijd in samenspraak met effectiviteit en werkbaarheid. In combinatie met het aansturen van een team waar ik plezier in heb doordat ik mensen vanuit hun kracht laten opereren een mooi onderdeel van mijn werkzaamheden. Mijn persoonlijke effectiviteit geef ik vorm door afdelingen, projecten en processen snel eigen te maken en aan de hand van analyses kan ik snel en adequaat inspelen op de behoeftes die er leven. Immers resultaat heeft een onderneming ieder dag nodig en niet pas na 3 maanden of een jaar. Mijn kwaliteiten liggen vooral in opzetten en het structureel verbeteren van primaire en ondersteunende bedrijfsprocessen in een prettige en effectieve samenwerking met mijn collega's. Juist door samen te werken worden afdelingen, processen en projecten meer gedragen en is elke dag een bewustwording dat één géén is en dat het altijd samen doen is.

Als 2ndCEO ben ik vooral gericht op het mogelijk maken van het succes van anderen als basis voor de resultaten van Pyrock voor onze klanten. As 2ndCEO i am focused primarily on enabling the success of others as the foundation for the results of Pyrock for our customers.
Doel het ontzorgen van de klant door bouwen wat de klant nodig heeft. Begeleiden van projecten in de brandbeveiliging focus op W gedeelte inclusief SMI. Projectenbudgetten van 20.000 euro tot 2MLN, Logistieke centra tot renovatiewerkzaamheden in fabrieken. Het liefst meer jaren projecten al is een project van een week soms ook al uitdagend genoeg. Maken van Calculaties en Offertes inclusief de verkoop hiervan. Aansturen van de afdeling projecten & modificaties door leiding te geven aan de engineers, monteurs, werkvoorbereider en financiële afdeling. Mijn doel is om voor 60% aangehaakt te blijven op de werkvloer om zo in contact te blijven met alles wat er speelt.
Activities and responsibilities: - Lead of the Crisismanagement Team during serious disruptions with Distaster Recovery as mitigation/solution; - Managing the BCM Squad and appling BCM in an Agile / Scrum organized organization; - Member of BCM Netherlands & Europe Community - Create added valua for DR Environments during production cycles. - Organizing / coordinating Disaster Recover and Contingency Exercises of IT - Systems and applications, (Scope +/- 2400 servers and 800 applications) - Implementing and developing flexible fallback scenarios and models to test high - availablity solutions such as Choas Monkey and create automatic process flows to execute the scenarios. - Preparing risk analyzes to identify the continuity risks and to take effective action if necessary by drawing up an annual BCM plan for critical services and execute all defined actions.
Activities and responsibilities: - Developing training materials for the ING IT Academy, such as Webcasts (Online Training) and Classroom training. - Teaching a number of subjects including Business & IT Continuity Management, - Organizing Business Continuity Conferences and Workshops, - Ensure that the students can achieve the personal goals set for the training, this is actively measured before, during and after the training.
Activities and responsibilities: - Managing project teams up to 100 employees and 2mln+ budget - Draw up a roadmap with the architects towards a complete Active - Active environment for the Internet banking environment, based on 24x7 availability. - Implementing and insourcing Disaster Recovery, High available and active - active environments; - Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) before starting a project in order to make the lead time and schedules more realistic and cost-effective; - Aligning with business needs in order to create a effective products / projects.
07/2011 – 08/2013 Proces Manager / Proces Designer at ING Groep N.V. te Amsterdam (Tot 31-07-2012 in dienst van Logica) Activities and responsibilities: - Setting up and implementing Availability Management, Continuity Management and Capacity Management for the online services of ING, - Operational and tactical implementation of activities arising from the above processes, such as capacity planning and availability reports, - Writing improvement recommendations and making capacity overviews, - Create capacity plans based on growth forecasts.
07/2008 – 12/2009 Procesmanager at Achmea IT te Apeldoorn Activities and responsibilities: - Managing the configuration management team, - Creating a future-proof and reliable CMDB, - Examine and inventory the configuration management process and deliver a bottleneck analysis for the configuration management process, - Properly connecting all processes that the CMDB needs to the configuration management process, so that everyone could take full advantage of and contribute to a current and reliable CMDB from the finance department to the Service Desk, - Graduation for the Business Informatics program. - Writing a Bachelor thesis about a reliable and future-proof CMDB.
Assigned at Achmea IT, Tilburg Activities and responsibilities: - Taking stock of the integration possibilities of Enterprise Management tooling between the various business units, - Investigate which Enterprise Management product best meets the general needs of all teams.
