As an Agile Product Owner, my responsibility was to ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive at Swiss Re, working with key stakeholders and employees on a large scale delivery project. I led 2 teams of 5-8 experts to migrate documents from SharePoint 2013 to OneDrive and SharePoint Online, realizing over $500K savings in first 2 years, managing the migration of personal work documents to Microsoft OneDrive for Business. Key activities :- 1. Managing the stakeholders and employees and outlining strategy 2. Managing the agile team of engineers and consultants 3. Managing the relationship with Microsoft for all SharePoint and OneDrive related issues 4. Reporting on progress with top management 5. Reporting cost savings 6. Led a team of 8 consultants in the area of Document Management & Collaboration. The main focus area is SharePoint, but is expanding to include all tools and platforms where employees work with information - Microsoft Cloud-based Digital Workplace tools The team handled over 2800 requests (5000 hours) in 2 years from employees globally as a free internal service ensuring the successful adoption of the new toolset. From a project perspective I have been responsible for the roll-out of SharePoint to employees globally and now developing a process to continuing enhance user experience as part of an adoption program.
