Accountable for more than 11 countries including China, Japan, Malaysia, Australia, and India. Developed and implemented a strategy to integrate the talent acquisition process with business unit operations. Leveraged business partnership and strategic sourcing to accelerate business and human capital growth.
Managed the talent acquisition center of excellence (COE) that focuses on increasing utilization and familiarization of the direct talent sourcing model for 24 countries throughout Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Enhanced and leveraged talent acquisition metrics and service levels and increased hiring efficiency.
Co-developed and directed an internally shared executive search practice that proactively supported multiple business units by sourcing global talent search needs at the President, Vice President and Director level.
Responsible for helping to further develop the talent acquisition function by establishing corporate standards and managing the roll out of a global applicant tracking system (Taleo).
