About

I’m a transformation leader passionate about helping people move through change with purpose and outcome‑driven clarity. Whether I’m coordinating PMO delivery, guiding a business transition, or enabling AI‑powered and Lean‑inspired ways of working, my focus is always the same: help teams work smarter, not harder — while keeping the human impact of every change front of mind. Over 21 years at Nestlé across Switzerland, the US, and the UK, I’ve built a broad and trusted network that spans functions, markets, and leadership levels. I believe the real power of transformation lies in bringing the right people together, tapping into their expertise, and enabling better decisions, faster. That connector mindset allows me to simplify complexity, accelerate alignment, and make transformation feel human, practical, and manageable. Most recently at CPW, I supported a major business transition: first as PMO, coordinating governance, readiness and cross‑functional planning for a structural separation and ownership handover; and now as TSA Transition Manager, ensuring transition‑services delivery, alignment between organizations, and continuity of operations. Prior to that, I led change adoption for Future of Work in North America, supporting teams in embracing Generative AI tools such as M365 Copilot, NesGPT (based on ChatGPT), and others to drive more efficiencies across all areas of the business. I also bring a deep background in Lean, continuous improvement, and end‑to‑end process transformation, which I use to help teams eliminate waste, focus on what truly matters, and build stable foundations before accelerating change. Another meaningful part of my journey was serving as President of the THRIVE Employee Resource Group (ERG), a community of Nestlé employees united by a shared commitment to support colleagues navigating critical illness, caregiving challenges, disability, or mental‑wellness needs. This work is deeply connected to my own personal journey and reinforces why I care so much about the people side of any transition. Known for radical candor with empathy, calm energy, and a touch of humor, I aim to make transformation both effective and human. My assignment at CPW concludes in March, and I am beginning to explore where I can bring these strengths to the next wave of change.
