Agent Timothy Wilson- Good Morning.I received your letter regarding the worksharing between your office and the EEOC office in Norfolk.I wish to advise you that there has been some adjacent events regarding the "alleged discriminatory behaviors" of the following malefactors/tortfeasors/respondents/defendants ROBERT L.BROWN JR 7576466611-GEORGE BELL 2522073342,RON JOHNSONS ENTERPRISES,INCORPORATED-THE KATT BIKINI BAR AND GRILL,7824-SUITE A (ILLEGAL VIP ROOM) WARWICK BOULEVARD,NEWPORT NEWS,VIRGINIA 23601,7572443054.I was recently contacted via telephone from an Agent at the EEOC office approximately 4 days ago.Unfortunately,due to my ADA-recognized cognitive impairment of INTERMITTENT EXPLOSIVE DISORDER,I do not recall the Agents nomenclature,and as I had a lack of sleep due to the necessity to stand watch over my senescent parent overnight,I do recall requesting to be referred to the contacting agents supervisor,as I felt that her tone was provocative,thus provoking and exacerbating my particular condition.I attempted to contact the number again approximately 24 hours later,to find the number posted was not in service.This detail is germane and relevant to the following:Preceeding this event,I was instructed to contact the F.B.I. regarding a violation of USC 18 Subsection 875 due to what I and a person of reasonable cognition would be construed as a threat to my person/bona fide corporate legal entity/asset/FIDUCIARY-CUSTODIAN designation simultaneously,by ROBERT L.BROWN,JR 75764611-GEORGE BELL 2522073342,NAMED DEFENDANTS IN 2021 HEADLIGHTS FEDERAL LAWSUIT.Additionally,I becams aware of their undue influence on my former DANCE-BAR MANAGER JUSTINE ANDRADE,whom incidentally currently works as a bartender at my present place of employment, SANDBAR GRILL AND PUB,736 Warwick Boulevard,Newport News,Virginia,7575998411,(Point of Contact:GARY VAUGHN AND SHANNON M.FRYE).I was made aware that information regarding an unrelated subpoena for an onsite incident which occured previously was passed on to ROBERT L.BROWN,JR via JUSTINE ANDREDE,with video footage of this actionThis infor mation was submitted via text/photo attachment and email to AGENTS TODD CIOFFI AND IBUNA SANDRA GARZA INVESTIGATOR AND ATTORNEY AT LAW RESPECTIVELY.While I understand the previous history of the named individuals,as well as the compromised nature of of her status as a current,and former supervisor,as well as a potential co-conspirator in a civil conspiracy/RICO ACT-C.C.E., as well as a more than reasonable inferrence that these individuals are in collusion and confederation with these ppl.
