Anthony Ramos serves as Associate Director of Esperanza’s Faith and Capacity Initiatives Department, where he provides strategic and operational leadership for programs that resource and strengthen the Latine Church. In this role, he oversees the implementation, management, and evaluation of department-wide initiatives focused on leadership development, congregational vitality, pastoral well-being, and intergenerational faith formation. Anthony has led the launch and growth of several key programs, including the Esperanza Youth Leadership Institute, Renovación Pastoral, Esperanza en la Casa, and Thriving Congregations. His work ensures programs are culturally responsive, mission-aligned, and grounded in measurable outcomes, while supporting congregations through funding, technical assistance, and guided learning experiences. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Divinity and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Esperanza College. With over ten years of service at Esperanza, Anthony brings a deep commitment to faith-rooted leadership in urban contexts. Beyond his institutional work, Anthony engages global audiences through Christian Hip-Hop and digital ministry, reaching over one million music streams and more than 200,000 followers across social platforms with millions of video views. He was named Eastern University’s Distinguished Young Alumnus of the Year in 2021.
I lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a national storytelling cohort designed to cultivate faith-in-action among Hispanic artists and leaders. Through immersive formation experiences and creative “Creative Camps,” I equip participants with the tools, frameworks, and theological grounding needed to communicate stories that inspire faith and community transformation. My work sits at the intersection of ministry, creativity, and community development, where I facilitate cohorts, develop resources, and collaborate with cross-sector partners to ensure program effectiveness, cultural relevance, and measurable impact.
