As the Cyber Operations Supervisor and Client Systems Supervisor, I led a team of 18 IT professionals responsible for administering, securing, and maintaining enterprise information systems supporting a mission-critical operations center. I provided systems administration, workstation lifecycle management, user account administration, network troubleshooting, and technical leadership across multiple secure computing environments. This role required expertise in systems administration, project management, cybersecurity compliance, technical training, and customer support.
Operates, maintains, tests, troubleshoots and repairs multimedia equipment such as computers, data projectors, computer peripherals, and video and digital cameras.; periodically inspects, cleans and tests equipment and performs routine preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs to equipment; refers issues and arranges for more complex equipment repairs with service technicians, vendors, or higher level personnel. Tests, clones, loads, and configures specified software packages such as personal computer operating systems, various software applications onto computer; may modify specific applications for use by division; deploys software, settings, scripts, and batch files to workstations remotely.
Inventory of dry supplies as well freezer and fridge. Preparing food as side orders, salad bars, morning fruits and help the chef in anyway.
Performs and installs aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft and subsystems.
