• Participated in the sales process (functional scope defining, costing, prototyping). • Designed the functional architecture of solutions. • Developed the 2B Consulting IBM Cognos TM1 offer (training materials, animation of the internal community and elaboration of support tools...).
• Managed 16 performance management projects for 11 clients. • Defined and formalized customer needs. • Trained customer teams to IBM Cognos Planning, IBM Cognos TM1. • Set up solutions (“turnkey” mode) or steered the realization by the client team ("coaching" mode). • Realized Deliveries, Validation processes and projects’ documentations. • Followed up clients in the post project steps.
• Developed the current budgets of all industrial departments (6 departments, budget: 1,2 million Euros). Managed the budget process in partnership with the Accounting Manager. • Implemented the Industrial Business Objects universe in partnership with the IT department. • Responsible for the selection and deployment of a software planning workshops and book production time (30 persons, 70 000 Euros budget). • Support to day to day issues troubleshooting and design of solutions for the Industrial Director and the supervisory staff (5 managers). • Replaced the Industrial Director during holidays (ordinary decisions and meetings).
• Participated in the organization of the grouping of the 3 sites of the company into one single site (Amiens). • Created and implemented monitoring tools for production times and implemented quantities. • Deployed the document management tool for Quality procedures “Ossad portal”. Internal Auditor (ISO 9001: 2000 certification,).
