I also developed and delivered custom training programs to support the growth of staff competencies to implement innovative and creative ways in their daily practice. LEAN, AGILE and SCRUM were key ingredients in my practice in addition to fostering a true CUSTOMER FOCUS. 40 years in senior roles in financial services and the oil & gas industry have honed my own skills and having worked in most parts of the world my understanding of different cultures. Since early 2009 I have been instrumental in growing Avantis4E to a diversified consultancy and training business in Dubai and I have developed and worked with vast network in the region of professionals that share my passion of best-in-class solutions. I am now retiring in Spain but also prepared to help friends and clients to find ways to solve their problems.
