Anthony is the Executive Vice President of Triumph Development Corporation (Triumph), a leading property development and management company in the Philippines. He also serves as Executive Vice President at Triumph Property & Management Corporation and Triumph Spaces Inc., Triumph’s flexible co-working space arm, which fosters innovation in workplace solutions. With over three decades of experience across diverse industries and regions, Anthony has built expertise in agriculture, building materials, cement manufacturing, engineering services, construction, property development and management, and IT-BPM. His leadership and broad industry knowledge enable him to drive strategic growth and navigate complex business environments. Before rejoining Triumph in 2022, Anthony was Program Director at the Philippine Constructors Association, where he helped develop the 10-Year Philippine Construction Industry Roadmap (2020-2030). This framework outlines the sector’s long-term vision, sustainability goals, and workforce development strategies to drive innovation and resilience in the industry.

As Executive Vice President, he is tasked with managing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the company. And together with the President, are jointly responsible tor establishing and executing the business development strategy and in shaping the over-all direction of the organization.
