As Director of Account Management, Anthony leads a team in servicing customer relationships from initial needs assessment through scope development, integration of client and Certified resources, and final delivery. He remains continually focused on building and retaining longstanding partnerships, and delivering custom-tailored service programs that guarantee the success and satisfaction of Certified’s clients.
Certified is a project management, corporate relocation, furniture installation, and warehousing firm. We manage complex projects for clients throughout the northeast and beyond. As Director of Account Management, Anthony leads a team responsible for servicing customer relationships at all phases of engagement - from initial needs assessment, to development of project scope and deliverables, integration of client and Certified resources, and final delivery. He remains continually focused on building and retaining longstanding partnerships, and delivering custom-tailored service programs that guarantee the client’s satisfaction and success. Drawing upon years of business development background, Anthony and his team establish, manage, and grow internal and external relationships with both new and existing customers. Together with Certified’s project management and labor teams, he guides the planning and seamless delivery of all trade services, while ensuring ongoing alignment with project budget, timeline, and milestones.
