      I - Head of project : La Semaine des écoles hôtelières 2020. A fortnight-national-scale event which aimes at raising awareness amongst key actors of the catering industry and young students on food waste and food insecurity by involving them to tackle these issues, cooking meals to support and relief food aid. - Developed the number of participating schools from 29 in 2019 up to 70 in 2020, in every single region of the French territories and +40 departments. - Coordinating hundreds of actors on a daily basis for a project including thousands of members. - +2000 meals dished out, made from seasonal fruits and vegetables that were originally meant to be thrown away, respecting recipients' diets and the professional training of the apprentices. - Volunteers and donators mobilized : +1500 apprentices and +200 teachers in culinary arts; +45 food donators. - Partnerships and beneficiaries : +2000 individuals facing food insecurity ; +90 NGOs and food-aid associations involved (Caritas, Croix Rouge, Banques Alimentaires, Restos du Coeur, Islamic Relief, Secours Populaire, Petits Frères des Pauvres, Aurore, La Chorba, Refettorio and so forth) II - Coordinating surplus food - Tons of (often meant-to-be-wasted) food delivered to food aid by linking catering actors and food aid structures, including in the emergency context due the Covid-19 pandemic. - Mapping out of the food aid in France III - Fundraising - Taking care of events meant to raise funds for La Tablée des Chefs (La Grande Tablée) and supporting the food aid at the same time by charging companies for private events related to culinary arts : handful of people in a context of Team Building exercice cook at the benefit of food aid structures.
