Full programme and commercial accountability for the design and implementation of a DC relocation and automation fit out. Full accountability across all workstreams, business case signoff, benefit realisation, 3PL engagement, design, stakeholder management and programme governance.
Accountability for UK B2Cfulfilment and carrier operations. Featured all technology products including brown and white goods, as well installation services, totalling over £300m of revenue, in a climate of 30% pa growth. Carrier tender completed, securing over £2m in savings pa.
Development of Supply Chain E2E re-invention approach and development plans
Programme Director for Omni channel Supply Chain programme. Full end to end accountability for £50m, 3 yr automation programme, including tender specification, vendor selection and contracting, programme management, go live and operational delivery. Full accountability for all programme financials including capital spend, ongoing revenue costs and programme benefits realisation. Programme phases delivered on time and 5% below budget. Benefits realised in line with business case, with 75% of ecommece operation being delivered through automation within 4 months of go live.
Full P+L and commercial accountability for Ecommerce and multichannel logistics operations, including management of 3PL warehouse provider, all service performance, parcel carriers contracting and financial budgeting and control. Budget control totalled £50m pa with service delivery regularly achieving 99%+. Lead logistics continuous improvement and service delivery developments in conjunction with DHL 3PL provider. Design and led operational design to support ecommerce growth from £20m pa turnover in 2008 to £500m+ in 2015.
Lead the supply chain review on behalf of European Board, tasked with identifying cost saving initiatives, and creating a streamlined and efficient supply chain. Lead requirements gathering (systems, tools, processes) and process design for new Oracle Forecast, Allocation and Replenishment software implementation.
