I am an employee who strives to be the best in any situation that I find myself in. I work towards being a leader of the group and I am a team player at the same time. I strategically tackle problems that come my way with patience and determination. I started in the transport field as a forklift driver and dispatcher to being a manager of a terminal. I am always searching for ways to improve my work habits throughout my career. I would like to continue playing an important role and growing in the transport field. Overseeing the general everyday activities. Look for ways to improve as a terminal. Manage staff and implement processes and systems. Contact customer to resolve any issues regarding operations.
Responsible for dispatching city drivers in terms of deliveries and pickups, from making runs in the morning to arranging pickups in the afternoon. Handling difficulties with customers in terms of tracing, planning and setting up delivery dates according to their needs.
Responsible for planning and preparation of the youth leadership center (Age groups involved varied yearly). Organizing the summer schedule in terms of events, outings and daily routines. Overseeing the animators regularly with their groups of children.
