As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, I author technical calculations, drawings, specifications, and test plans/reports. I also act as the mechanical discipline lead or technical lead for designated projects. As a lead, I assign tasks to a team of engineers, interface with the client when technical challenges arise, manage the technical requirements for all aspects of the design to ensure we meet our contractual obligations, and ensure that interfaces with the mechanical, electrical, and structural design elements are appropriately communicated and managed.
