• Assisting the executive housekeeper in coordinating the housekeeping operations on guest rooms and corridors • Directing and supervising room attendants, seeing those job assignments are done properly • Managing the establishment’s maintenance and the work of the rooms in relation with the technical service department • Coordinating efforts with others departments as necessary to provide excellent service • Ensuring carefully guests storage, incoming request and compliance to exceed their expectations • Operationing switchboard and directing calls appropriately between departments • Leading afternoon’s shifts briefings and overseeing the Turndown service
• Assisting the spa director in supervising , training and supporting the team • Maintaining spa facilities, fitness and pool area high quality standards • Guaranteeing utmost guest experience upon arrival until departure • Managing calls, appointments and bookings • Maximising the sales promotion of products and fostering the spa treatments • Training new co-workers on front desk tasks, procedures and spa policies • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with partners and suppliers • Reviewing the deliveries and dealing with the stock • Organising spa & catering events • Achieving revenue by analysing daily financial report and budget forecast monitoring for successful outcomes
• Greeting guests according to LQA standard and assuring them the most pleasurable stay • Processing arrivals' registrations and departures' operations • Handling cashier duties
• Dealing with check in and check out of military guests • Taking reservations, managing booking schedule and follow up guest history records • Checking the invoicing of services provided • Offering restaurant and activity recommendations and assisting guests in arranging transportation • Maintaining quality cleanliness for both rooms and public area and inspecting them to ensure that standards are met • Assigning task between housekeeping employees
