- Programming of controls systems using PLCs, PCs, servo drives, and robotics. - Capable of constructing/modifying PLC programs, including uploads, downloads, addressing, and online debugging. - Experience with several platforms such as Allen-Bradley PLCs, Fanuc Robots, Borsh Servo Drives, and Ethernet/IP. - Periodic travel to customer's facilities to participate in equipment installation and perform operation training for customers. - Setup, record and troubleshoot programs on a FANUC Robotics Handling Tool Software Package. Able to power up and jog the robot, teach frames, create robot backups, recover from robot faults- as well as execute, create and modify programs
Perform general field wiring and installation of automation systems at customer sites. Solder cables and bulkheads. Machine/wire electrical enclosures and back plates using hand/power tools. Ability to understand and make modifications to electrical schematics for electrical panel fabrication.
