• Develop and manage relationships with Series B+ software companies across AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise SaaS and Fintech • Originate and structure Venture Debt, Acquisition Financing and traditional debt solutions, including RCFs and Term Loans • Provide tailored, non-dilutive Growth Capital solutions to VC & PE-backed businesses • Deliver integrated Corporate Banking capabilities including Payments & Liquidity, Trade & Working Capital, FX and Card Issuance • Partner with founders, CFOs and investors to support international expansion, M&A and broader scaling strategies
• Oversee a portfolio of global technology and media clients, serving as the primary liaison for client treasury teams and internal stakeholders throughout a deal lifecycle and ongoing relationship management • Structure complex debt facilities across investment and speculative-grade markets, using scenario analysis and risk modelling to drive lending return projections and credit insights • Advise clients on financing solutions ranging from syndicated loans, RCFs, bridge financing and project finance • Prepare internal transaction memos, collaborating with advisory, capital markets, FX, trade, and cash management teams to present business cases to senior credit committees
