• Lead role for F4L & AGPS testing 20267 ATT / TMO • Manage team of 4 & guide / lead team in day to day activities. • Qualcomm Tools QXDM and Spirent tools such as Datum and NOMAD • Experience with Wireshark gathering PCAP logs & analyzing issues. • Mobility Field Testing Call Performance / Voice Quality MOS NarrowBand WideBand/ Data Performance • Hands on Functionality Testing • AGPS Testing & log analysis determining 50% 67% 95% CEP & YIELD of FIXES • Experience with tools similar to XCAL such as Wireless Metrix LML, LMH, & LMA logging tools & ELT tool as well as LCAT • Device testing expertise in 5G NR (EN-DC, PDCP aggregation, NR Data performance), IMS, Volte, NSA / SA, SIP, SDP protocols, Media Protocols (RTP, RTCP) etc. • Well versed with RAN testing for AT&T that includes software installation/upgradation, new feature testing, regression testing, fix verification • Worked as Device Test Engineer and executed tests to validate 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE & 5G (NSA, SA) on Pixel and other android mobile devices in live networks. • Utilized wireless networks operational measures such as RSRQ, RSRP, SINR, CQI, Call Processing, Call Statistics, data latency and throughput. • Experience in ADB commands for installing and flashing the daily builds and debugging the problems. • Great customer communication & interaction ensuring deadlines are met with team & day to day communication with customer while sharing reports & progress of testing.
• Working on AT&T QA field testing/Manual testing • Working on IOS, Android, Window, IOT, ROIP, Failover Bridge & wireless router based devices. This includes First Responders Network testing. • Diagnosing bugs using diag tools by capturing diag, modem logs, silent logs, and reporting defect to customer. • Moderate log analysis for the UI to verify the required network parameters • Preparing test plans for the ATT FE scope • Hands on experience with QC HP ALM Explorer 11.5x for updating test cases of field testing. • Hands on experience with Metrico Spirent Datum running throughput test cases. • Experience with CMAS 3.0 testing • Experience with FirstNet , Cricket, & Tracfone testing • Experience in test execution and log analysis of 4G/5G - 3GPP protocol test plans. • Inter-Operability testing of mobile devices. • 2CA / 3CA / 4CA / 5CA / LAA Carrier Aggregation data performance and mobility tests. • Experience running AT command for modem & handset devices. • Experience with flashing devices to test firmware. • FOTA testing using XDM server.
