As an Advisor my duties included but were not limited to recruitment, handling general Human Resources enquires, implementation of Big Red Sky E-Recruitment and Technology One HRIS in the role of system champion. Other duties included updating position descriptions, policies and procedures; overseeing recruitment of employees; onboarding and inducting new employees: managing personnel records including archiving; dealing with compliance issues and the Customer Compliments, Complaints & Suggestions Register.
