Communications Manager and Terminal Agency Coordinator for the City of Las Vegas Department of Public Safety. My journey in communications began just one month out of high school, starting at AMR Ambulance. That initial role ignited a lifelong passion, leading me to a fulfilling career in public safety communications. After three years at AMR Ambulance, I joined the City of Las Vegas Department of Public Safety, where I transitioned to the fire department as a 911 Communications Specialist. Over the next decade, I honed my skills in this high-stakes environment and took on the role of Communications Training Officer, shaping the next generation of emergency communicators. Today, as the Communications Manager, I oversee multiple communications centers, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. My role allows me to work with an incredible team of professionals who are as dedicated to public safety as I am. Every day, I’m inspired by their commitment and enthusiasm. I am deeply passionate about my work and thrive on the challenges and opportunities it presents. My goal is to continually improve our communication systems and support our team in delivering exceptional service to the community.
