Initiated development of an improved project tracking system to manage dozens of requested, accepted, and in-progress projects. Currently serving as a front line operator for potential and present clients. Providing administrative support through the drafting of project proposals, change orders, client-contractor correspondence, project invoices, client follow-ups, and other vital deliverables for every day, small-scale residential projects to multi-million dollar projects. Ensuring project efficiency through the ongoing implementation of improved time-tracking techniques and processes. Maintaining vital deadlines for direct and indirect project stakeholders through the managing of various vendor services. Providing counsel and assistance in legal matters particular to general contracting services.
Represented campus tutoring services on administrative committee charged with increasing overall graduation rates, decreasing time to degree and eliminating disparities in graduation rates for historically underserved students groups.
Fostered an interactive and growth-mindset environment for students of varying academic skills, experiences, and backgrounds. Adapted instruction to courses in U.S. labor studies, global comparative politics and Latin American politics.
Collaborated with faculty senate members on committee to develop and reform educational policy to further undergraduate academic success. Advocated on behalf of undergraduate student body in matters of educational policy/academic affairs.
Conducted research on the Individualized County Child Care Subsidy Plan program (Pilot Programs) and created a policy analysis on current implementation outcomes in addition to actionable policy recommendations. Drafted instructional policy guides for county offices of education to properly develop and implement growth-minded educational policies according to the Local Control Funding Formula and the California state priorities for education. Crafted new and updated language for 15+ active childcare provider management bulletins from 1980-2017 requiring changes in accordance with current California statues and regulations.

Assisted in organization of culturally responsive support group El Grupo de Apoyo Latino for marginalized and underrepresented peoples of the Latinx community. Facilitated health workshops and contacted medical services for non-native English speakers.
