Lead Infoblox's Talent Acquisition team in the Americas
> Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle: Source, screen and qualify candidates from all candidate sources (AFL website, external job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) > Conduct screens, interviews, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude > Collaborate with multiple business units and different hiring managers to recruit for open positions on their groups, ranging from senior leadership roles to entry-level technician roles > Contributed to developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, revamping current TA & Onboarding processes for efficiency and improvements and also developed a HM training module
> Manage Full cycle Recruitment: Resume review, sourcing, shortlisting, prescreening, interviews/test coordination, gathering interview feedback, offer making, salary negotiation, offer document preparation, reference checking and orientation/ onboarding. > Recruit and hire top talent for key and critical R&D, IT, G&A, Sales, Pre-Sales Systems Engineering and Marketing roles for across Canada. Successfully filled positions with by utilizing a wide variety of methods to generate applicants including our internal applicant tracking system (ATS), career fairs, networking events, employee referral program, campus recruitment and posting on various other websites/job boards. > Partner with leadership (CTO, VPs & Directors) and team up with over 40+ hiring managers to identify core competencies, key performance indicators and candidate sourcing/recruiting strategies to identify and recruit the very best talent. > Architect and execute a recruiting strategy for hiring the strongest talent possible, from both active and passive candidate pools. > Build and maintain a viable pipeline of solid talent to fill existing and future job openings at Fortinet. > Act as Fortinet's brand ambassador and advocate Fortinet as the premiere destination for prospective candidates, at various events across Canada throughout the year. > Manage high volume recruitment, while maintaining strong focus on candidate quality and candidate/hiring team‟s experience. > Handle campus recruitment, build faculty relationships and participate in career fairs/info sessions across Canada; to hire top talent for co-op and new grad roles. > Work closely with govt. funded, non-profit agencies like ISSofBC, ICTC, MOSAIC, etc to recruit new immigrants and also tap into pre-arrival candidate pool. > Work directly with HR Business Partners to identify retention opportunities, backfills, internal transfers, facilitate international transfers, understand key business issues & priorities and determine deliverables.
> Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle and selection of top candidates. Process included sourcing through various channels, the dissemination and selection of resumes, co-ordination for technical assessments, arranging client interviews, offer making, compensation negotiation, in-depth reference checks and on-boarding. > Maintained candidate and client records on Applicant Tracking System. > Conducted phone and in-person interviews using structured and behavioral interviewing methods, as per company standards. > Worked in partnership with Account Managers supporting their client needs, or worked directly on assigned client accounts. With the later, acting as the exclusive PoC for the client and interacting with hiring managers about their specific requirements. > Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience through timely responses to inquiries and requests, as well as frequent proactive touch points to ensure satisfaction. > Developing and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
> The role involved handling escalations from front-line representatives, regarding process guidelines/policy reinforcement, approvals and also coordination with CRTC, CCTS, BBB and Legal department. > Direct interaction with Bell Mobility’s Consumer, Small Business and Corporate clients, and assisting them with their Bell Mobility related issues/concerns. > Direct reporting to a Team Leader and measured upon matrices like Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction Rating and First time resolution.
