Hi, I'm an Australian Permanent Resident, a Fashion Designer, and Marketing specialist with 17+ years of experience in designing and developing women's apparel for high-end fashion brands. I am also a government certified yoga protocol coach by hobby. I approach product challenges with a blend of creativity, precision and fun. Bringing imaginative and creative ideas as well as knowledge of current fashion trends to create novel clothing items and utilising my skillset for the growth of organisation and career advancement with continuous learning process has been a major focus over these years. I am a highly passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious person. I strive for excellence and take pride in all that I do. I am a self- starter and possess strong orientation towards high quality work. I started in fashion design as a think tank designer, working with cross-disciplinary teams to conceptualise all that comes before final drawings. The practical experience and I then transitioned into the role of a growth designer helping companies launch/re-establish themselves. With this passion, my baby fashion brand "Indilek8 - The Indian Intellect" grew up. But as I was shifting cities, the love for marketing these products hit my passion and here I am working as a Marketing specialist and Fashion designer along the way! In my career, I have worked with both big companies and start-ups, some of which have grown into multi-million dollar unicorns.
