I founded, developed, and scaled a WhatsApp-based Clinic Automation platform designed specifically for healthcare startups and solo practitioners. Driving both the technical execution and business growth, I independently built the entire product from architecture to deployment, successfully onboarding 12 clients and generating over ₹1 Lakh in sales. Business & Client Management: Sales & Revenue Generation: Directed all go-to-market strategies, lead generation, and technical sales pitches, successfully acquiring 12 clinic clients and driving ₹100,000+ in revenue. Client-Centric Customizations: Partnered closely with healthcare providers to understand specific operational needs, designing customized workflows, dynamic consultation fee structures, localized clinic timings, and tailored auto-replies. Product Roadmap Management: Defined a scalable product roadmap driven by direct market feedback, moving from a streamlined MVP to an advanced system supporting multi-doctor scheduling, follow-ups, and review generation. Key Responsibilities & Technical Achievements: End-to-End Chatbot Architecture: Built and deployed an interactive, menu-driven WhatsApp chatbot using Node.js, TypeScript, and the Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API. Workflow Automation Engine: Designed seamless patient workflows for real-time appointment booking (in-clinic & online), automated confirmation messages, and 24-hour cron-based reminders to reduce patient no-shows. Admin Tools: Created a robust GUI tool enabling clinics to manually manage appointments, mark attendances, process cancellations, and retrieve daily schedules effortlessly. Cost & Resource Optimization: Architected a zero-hosting-cost database using a local JSON/SQLite structure, designed interactive UI menus (buttons/lists) to prevent free-text parsing costs, and ensured the platform remained accessible and cost-effective for Indian healthcare startups.

Learnt several nuances of UI/UX development. Worked under a Product Manager to build the in-house website for the firm. Also helped develop the website for an in-house project. Independently led the Surety Underwriting Machine Learning model development team( a team of 3), and built a robust model with an accuracy of 93%. Improved the layout of LetSurety product page design, to improve engagement by 60%.
Worked on enterprise-grade dashboard systems, debugging and optimizing front-end + back-end workflows for clients including GemFind and Child Support @ Georgia, resulting in smoother performance and improved user engagement. Designed and maintained RESTful API services leveraging Django ORM, supporting analytics pipelines, authentication modules, and scalable data storage layers. Performed technical research and proof-of-concept development on integrating Django applications with IBM Cognos, focusing on authentication flow compatibility, embedded dashboards, and automated report retrieval.
