I’m a B.Sc. (Computing & Software Systems) student at the University of Melbourne who loves turning ideas and data into useful, reliable products. Recently I built a cross-platform social app and led an end-to-end modeling project that translated real-world data into clear insights. Earlier, I managed teams at Contour Education, improving operations during a high-growth phase. I’m curious, collaborative, and calm under pressure—keen on internships across software, data/ML, and trading.
At Contour Education, I played a pivotal role in driving student engagement and operational excellence. I served as a key touchpoint for students and parents, guiding them through our programs and onboarding them into tailored learning pathways. Leveraging tools like Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Xero, and Pipedrive, I streamlined workflows and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. In addition to my consulting responsibilities, during a critical expansion phase, I independently managed key departments—including medical preparation, VCE tutoring, customer service, operations, billing, and sales—building a structure from the ground up and promoting dramatic growth. I later recruited, interviewed, and onboarded a full team across these divisions, creating sustainable processes and ensuring service quality as the business scaled. I led and managed these teams to ensure high performance, operational efficiency, and consistent client satisfaction. My experience at Contour sharpened my leadership, communication, and strategic operations skills in a dynamic education environment.
