● Worked on 3 distinctive projects with the CEO, CTO, CSO, COO, and V.P. of Business Development with a cumulative experience of 100+ years. Project 1 Aim: Assessing the overall GDPR landscape and finding how ICSynergy can position itself in helping clients achieving compliance. Activites: ● Identified activities required for achieving GDPR compliance for outlining a sample audit engagement around it ● Recommended 5 technology areas based on capabilities required for GDPR compliance at varying cloud maturities, the proximity from existing organizational capabilities, and vendor relations Outcomes: Generated assets and intellectual capital which will be used for internal understanding, and repurposed for prospective clients and existing partners -- Project 2 Aim: To list our product SPGateway on AWS Marketplace Activites: ● Educated the CTO, COO and V.P. of Business Development about AWS Marketplace requirements; Highlighted next steps and key considerations from marketing, pricing, support, and technical standpoint ● Created a “How-to” manual outlining the steps required for registering our product across 4 pricing models and enrolling for support, aided by an Excel file detailing all the required data points Outcomes: Identified relevant decision points for the upper management to then take a decision upon -- Project 3 Aim: Increasing the internal security posture at ICSynergy Activites: ● Tested the installation of a major endpoint protection and encryption software, developed responses for potential installation errors and identified support resources in case of escalation ● Developed the messaging for communicating installation instructions to 40+ consultants at 10+ different locations over a period of 8 weeks in 6 incremental phases ● Tabulated our Security Policy in-line with the ISO/IEC 27002 standard to measure risks and prioritize controls Outcome: Deployed the software with a 70% success rate
● Orchestrated an end-to-end data management process which would reflect the status of 1500+ communications sent, relations with 70+ partner organizations and arrangements in 32 cities ● Initiated the deal with Etihad Airways to become our airline partners saving the project approx. INR 150,000 ● Analyzed the data recorded, gauged the responses and accordingly tailored communications, creating concise and personalized messages, resulting in better response rate for each subsequent communication cycles ● Authored the narrative for communications sent out by 4 teams working on Mentor on Road USA for 6 months, maintaining a consistent objective of the project in each communication cycle ● Personally contacted 100+ prospective partners in 32 cities, facilitated further talks and maintained relations ● Increased the communication turnaround time for each cycle in a team of 6 by using accurate, non-redundant and up-to-date information ● Liaised with Indian embassies across 20 countries to help delegates residing in respective countries avail Indian Visas ● Developed necessary matrices, snapshots and control documents to measure the operational progress to be interpreted at different levels of the organization ● Arranged the necessary logistics required for 200+ foreign delegates arriving in India for a trade expo. ● Market Research for clients of Global Network.
