I hold a doctoral degree in chemical biology and biochemistry from the Freie Universität Berlin. I am strongly interested in research at the interface of chemistry, biology and medicine, with a particular interest for the discovery of bioactive compounds and proteins in the field of human health. My expertise is in the production of membrane proteins, their modification through chemical tools, as well as biophysical screening and assays with membrane proteins.
