In this position, I utilized my nonprofit executive leadership and management skills to develop two major program initiatives that brought significant revenues to the Center. First, I developed the “Effective, Motivated Board Governance” program which served to train nonprofit boards across Arizona and the country in governance best practices. Second, I developed the “Principles of Effectiveness for Nonprofit Organizations” program which established a nonprofit assessment and peer-review process that was forged around tried and true principles of nonprofit excellence. These programs were very well-received in the nonprofit sector. Third, I served as an executive member of the Center’s Leadership Team, which advanced the mission of the Center to serve the needs of Arizona’s nonprofit sector through research, training and convening nonprofit leaders. Finally, I served as a thought leader in the areas of nonprofit leadership and management on a statewide, national and international level. Awards received and service rendered during my tenure in this position: -Inducted into the Arizona State University College of Public Programs Hall of Fame (Youngest Inductee) - Young Alumni Achievement Award - Arizona State University Alumni Association - Presented at Founder's Day Celebration
