In my role as practice leader for our Los Angeles and Orange County markets, I lead a team of dynamic employee benefits consultants. We strive to deliver excellence in service to our clients as well as our communities at large.
I led the employee benefits service team for our greater Orange County practice. In partnership with my team, we developed strong client relationships and strategic alliances with our market partners.
In my role as an account executive, I worked with our consulting team in devising best in class solutions for my clients. From employee advocacy to compliance, I directed the management of my accounts across the full spectrum of service.
As an account representative at Intercare Insurance Solutions, I served as the day to day contact for my clients, providing full service client administration in tandem with our senior account management team.
During my tenure as an Account Manager at Benefits Resource, I directed the account management of 40+ clients ranging in size from 25 to 4,000 employees.
As a Special Projects Manager, I negotiated product contracts with key vendors, provided cost and project tracking for manufacturing and quality control issues, and managed licensing agreements with publishers and authors for custom licensed products.
