Co-leading a period of significant change within the organisation. - Leading the implementation of Xero accountancy software, managing and reconciling the transition from a legacy application and ensuring the veracity of data. - Creating and implementing new debtors and creditors processes. - Delivering EOFY reporting requirements to the standard expected by Accountants, Auditors and Charities Commission. - Strategising, planning and delivering a suite of integrated web-based CRM, membership management and event booking systems. - Writing strategies, plans, reports, budgets and grant funding applications. - Supporting colleagues during challenges resulting from change.
Implemented and managed Joomla Membership Pro and DocMan components of WFSF.org website. Worked closely with the President of this global futures organisation to deliver trouble free technology to members around the world, resolving membership issues and helping coordinate the 2015 pre-conference in Turku, Finland.
