Managing 3 sub-companies under the company group. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for preparing, driving, and managing the project accounting, forecasting, and reporting process for residential projects. Also responsible for producing accurate and insightful monthly reports on the performance of these projects to the Board and will play an integral part in helping the business plan its future activities.
Managing 3 sub-companies under the company group. Reporting to the Finance manager. Monthly tasks include preparation of the financial accounts, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and fortnightly payroll. Quarterly lodgement of BAS, GST, and PAYG. Supporting external auditors for annual auditing and assisting with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
