Final-year Business student at Monash University, majoring in Marketing with minors in Business Analytics & Statistics and Human Resources Management. I am interested in how data, strategy and people insights intersect to inform stronger business decisions and organisational outcomes. Through internships across marketing, recruitment and digital strategy, I have developed experience in marketing analytics, market and competitor research, campaign performance analysis and stakeholder engagement. These roles have strengthened my ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends and translate insights into practical recommendations that support strategic decision-making. I enjoy working in environments where analytical thinking, collaboration and clear communication are essential to solving complex challenges. My academic background in analytics and HR has further developed my interest in how organisations can leverage data-driven insights to optimise both market performance and people strategy. I've recently expanded my digital marketing skill set by completing Google Skillshop and HubSpot Academy certifications. Through this, I've developed an understanding of campaign setup and optimisation, keyword strategy, performance measurement and data-driven decision-making. I am now looking to build on this by focusing more deeply on how these skills translate into real-world campaign performance and strategic decision-making.
