1. Purchasing Order Execution and Management( timely PO placement and delivery, expedite urgent shipments, rescheduling) 2. Work with SLM/Supplier on critical part 3. RMA management with supplier 4. Resolve shipment issue(over/under, loss, quality) with suppliers 5. Support Accounting on GR/IR investigation and resolution 6. Support PP ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) request. 7. Build and maintain relationship with supplier
1.Be responsible for monitoring raw materials & indrect material sourcing plan. 2.Meet company's inventory target. 3.Closely monitor order status to ensure on-time product delivery. 4.Ensure all orders from commercial team are timely and accurately placed. 5.Identify and assess new suppliers. 6.Establish supplier contract and monitor performance of contracts.
