Asset Management • Monitor credit performance across a portfolio of infrastructure and diversified credit exposures (corporate and real estate assets), including covenant compliance and key risk metrics (leverage, ICR, DSCR) • Support amendments, consents and refinancing processes through review of facility documentation and credit risk analysis • Maintain asset-level financial data and deliver ESG analysis and RMBS stress testing to assess portfolio risk and resilience, leveraging tools including Python, SQL and VBA
