I am passionate about helping organizations fulfill their mission and goals. I've worked with for-profits and non-profits on identifying risks, developing policies and procedures, improving compliance systems, training personnel on risk mitigation and grant management, conducting internal investigations, and helping them navigate donor and regulatory requirements. My experience has given me a global perspective on organizational risk and how to mitigate it. As a former government investigator and legal counsel to domestic and foreign grant recipients, I have on the ground experience with country teams in Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Near East, and Europe. My personal goal is to support Generation on its journey to responsibly making a global impact in education and employment systems.
