ICD Property is an Australian property development company with projects in Melbourne and Sydney. Our passion is to cultivate eye-catching and sustainable projects across both residential and commercial sectors that enhance and empower our investors, partners and customers. My role involves supporting the management of development operations and liaising with external stakeholders. I ensure excellent command of Estate Master Systems and produce high quality reports to the team. Being fluent in English and Mandarin and my experience of living and working in the China market provides me with a strong business comprehension within ICD Property.
Marketing and Sales: -Supporting and reporting to the sales manager by delivering effective training and administration support; -Coordination with the market, sales teams, contracts and settlement teams; -Manage online applications, portal and multiple stocklists, ensuring information is updated; -Work with investment groups in conversion of enquiry to sale and reporting sales status; -Assisting with the development and implementation of the company's marketing program (Chinese Market); Development Administration: -Compare consistency across plan of subdivision, architectural drawings and area schedules; -Proof review of contractual templates; -Vetting the off-the-plan sale contracts; -Researching on regulatory environment changes and possible impacts i.e. stamp duty; lending policy -Diary Management and scheduling of appointments; -Perform regular checks to ensure capability and accuracy; Conveyancing: -Complete file and independent diary management for residential and commercial properties; -Preparing documents including Contracts, Section 32 Statements, Adjustments, Financial and Settlement Statements; -Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties at all levels
