ORMIT is a talent and leadership-development company that helps organisations to find, develop and connect talent. The Multi-Company Programme (MCP) is a 26 months development programme that focuses on personal development and leadership skills. During the programme, I undertake projects in different departments of various leading companies. Meanwhile I follow an intensive training programme with the purpose to further develop my leadership-skills. During my entire traineeship I am accompanied, trained and coached by professionals.
