• Managed the priority partnership with Massachusetts Maritime Academy at 45 matches annually while coordinating and supporting internal and external partners. Managed annual intake of 120 referrals. • Prepared mitigation reports, internal memos, and pre-dispositional letters leading to an increase in better outcomes for clients and the CJ system as a whole. • Identified and referred community resources from private and public sectors to create support systems for mental health, substance abuse, public assistance, corrections, education, and child welfare. These systems led to alternatives to incarceration and/or reduced sentences for 80% of clients involved.
